We need to maintain the high standard of our facilities and ensure we offer the best environment to our residents.  We are looking for an experienced painter and decorator to paint walls, skirting, windows and doors.

Ideally on Friday mornings but flexible days and times possible.

We are looking for motivated and committed volunteer to join the team. The Helpline is a key service, offering information about the charity's services, signposting to other organisations and providing a listening ear.

Help ensure we recruit the best volunteers for the charity and that new opportunities are posted as widely as possible.

We are looking for a self motivated individual with good administration, research and communication skills to support the volunteer manager in recruiting new volunteers. The role is half a day a week, ideally on a Wednesday.

Help increase sales and income for the charity and ensure a high level of customer service to all clients, guests, visitors and staff.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist in the shop offering a friendly and welcoming service. Volunteers actively promote and sell stock to customers and also assist with telephone and web orders. The shop sells a wide range of whole foods, books, gifts and healthcare products.

Volunteers need to enjoy working with people, assisting others and offering an excellent service. This role can offer you the opportunity to develop retail and customer skills and provide varied work experience. We ask volunteers to cover one shift a week, days and times vary.

We want to create a modern, engaging garden which will compliment and enhance the Centre and life changing work of the charity itself. The gardens and surrounding grounds form a vital part of supporting people with cancer and their families.

Would you, or someone you know, consider joining our volunteer garden team? We meet regularly as a work / social / teaching gardening team.

You can still help out at events or at other one off activities.

If you are not able to offer ongoing commitment but would like to help out we are always looking for volunteers to support us at events or collections throughout the year.
