Meditation is a fundamental part of the Bristol Approach and is used in all the courses we offer. Increasing evidence demonstrates how effective it can be in supporting health at all levels.
Learning to meditate requires some training and some practise. This course will explain what meditation is and how it can benefit you. It will give you direct experience of a meditation practise, and an opportunity to consider how meditation might work for you in your daily life.
