Returners Programme

The Returners Programme is suitable for anyone who has already completed any of our courses and can be either a single day course or a 2-day residential course.

The single day courses have three themes:

Nutrition - Learn more about the basic principles behind our Healthy Eating Guidelines and how good nutrition can support you throughout your experience of cancer.  Learn how to cook delicious healthy food and explore how food can affect the connection between body, mind and spirit.

Meditation - Learn how meditation can be beneficial following a cancer diagnosis and techniques in managing symptoms and side effects of cancer as well as restoring and maintaining health.

Wellness - Reconnect with yourself and your inner resources through creativity, self expression and body awareness.

The Open Programme course focuses on rest, relaxation and recuperation, giving you time out to look after yourself with relaxation, one-to-one bodywork, gentle exercise and healthy cooking demonstration.
