Who is it suitable for?

Anyone who has a particular interest in nutrition and would like to find out more about the Bristol Approach to healthy eating.

When should you come?

At any stage in your cancer journey.

Outline

This day offers a basic grounding in the Bristol Approach to nutrition and healthy eating, together with details of the principles behind it. You will learn in a group setting and will have the opportunity to swap experiences and top tips with other course participants. A nutritional therapist will guide you on how to follow a healthy eating plan that is stress-free and fun. You will have a chance to observe some of the techniques put into practice and for further inspiration lunch will be served by our award-winning kitchen!

There is both a basic and an advanced level course available.
