The Approach is offered as a 3-day residential course and introduces you to the Bristol Approach to living with cancer and shows how it can support you. You will also take time out to focus on your own needs and develop your own self help support plan.  You will have one-to-one appointments with our therapists to gain further insight and understanding into how you can live well with the impact of cancer.

The course will enable you to:

  • Find practical ways of helping yourself to reduce stress and anxiety using a range of therapies and self help techniques
  • Reduce feelings of isolation and fear.
  • Gain the knowledge to put together a self help support plan.

Who should attend?

This course is appropriate for anyone who has attended a Living Well course.
