This workshop explores the ways in which food can feed the body on many different levels. Nourishing the whole self can be a route to true wellbeing. This course combines practical cookery demonstration, relaxation, meditation and nutritional therapy.
This course focuses on the spirituality aspect of the Approach, giving an opportunity to take two days out from everyday life to refresh your spirit and find inner calm.
This retreat allows time to reflect on your journey with cancer so far. You will have time to contemplate and process how you can integrate this further into the rest of your life.
Through meditation and mindfulness, creativity, the work of the heroes journey and the use of our beautiful Centre and gardens we will support you with any changes to yourself, that you see as necessary, for your continuing journey.
This 2 day retreat uses creativity to help you reconnect with your inner resources and joy of life. You will gain practical tools for living well.
Who should attend?
These courses are appropriate for anyone who has completed the 3-day Approach course.
