Meditation - single day course



Meditation helps you to find a quiet place in your mind at times of anxiety and stress. This course, run by our experienced team, will explain how it can benefit you.

You will:

  • learn and practise some simple exercises that can help to calm the mind
  • experience for yourself the benefits of meditation gain support from meditating in a group
  • share experiences and explore ways of including meditation in your daily life
