Following the appointment of a new Chief Executive earlier this year, a full review and reorganisation of our services has taken place and as a result we are now appointing to the following new posts:


Head of Fundraising and Marketing (job ref PBI) Salary: £45 - £50,000 plus benefits

Required: an outward facing and engaging leader, with a proven record of fundraising success across a broad range of disciplines, who can work within the values, aims and ethos of the service, and develop the existing fundraising function to achieve ambitious income growth. The closing date for applications is 5.00pm on Friday 27th June 2008.

Head of Communications (job ref PB2) Salary: £35 - £40,000 plus benefits

Required: a seasoned communications performer, responsible for all communications matters within the charity, ideally with experience from within the voluntary/health sector with finely honed PR skills and public affairs experience. The closing date for applications is 5.00pm on Friday 27th June 2008.

Head of In-House Services (job ref PB3) Salary: £40 - £45,000

Required: a successful operations manager with a strong track record of managing people and resources, responsible for the effective and sensitive delivery of all in-house services, with experience preferably gained in a therapeutic, health-related or holistic based environment. The closing date for applications is 5.00pm on Friday 27th June 2008.

Head of Professional Development (job ref PB4) Salary: £35 - £40,000

Required: a successful manager with a proven record of developing strategic partnerships and joint working with statutory and voluntary agencies. To be responsible for increasing professional awareness amongst key audiences, through proactive development and by utilising our current, research, information and education base. The closing date for applications is 5.00pm on Thursday 3rd July 2008.
