The Taste of the Bristol Approach and Living Well with the Impact of Cancer are offered in both residential and non residential formats.

The Taste of the Bristol Approach
One-day format
This runs from 10am - 3pm one day a week. The course content is the same as the residential Taste of the Bristol Approach.

Living Well with the Impact of Cancer
3 day format
This runs from 10am - 4pm one day a week for three weeks. The course content is the same as the residential Living Well with the impact of Cancer course.

The relaxed format, including lunch, gives you time and space to try out what you are learning on the course at home.

There is plenty of time to get to know other people in the group and share experiences and support.
