Reconnecting with Living Well

We are now running ‘Living Well Follow Up’ days at our  National centre near Bristol for anyone who has completed a ‘Living Well’ course.

This is an opportunity to remind yourself about the things you learnt on your Living Well course including self-help techniques, nutrition and action planning.

We know that making lifestyle changes is hard and this Follow Up day is here to help you get back on track if things have slipped.
