Living Well

With the impact of cancer
This introductory course provides you with a tool kit of tried and tested techniques that can help you support your physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Cancer can affect your life in so many ways. The Living Well course encourages you to explore the meaning of cancer in your life with people who understand the impact of the journey. Share your experience with others in similar situations, and think about what steps you could take now to help you live well.

Find out more about the different aspects of our approach, including information and discussion on healthy eating, exercise, understanding the impact of cancer on your emotions and relationships and sharing practical tips.

You will experience different methods of relaxation, meditation, mindfulness and imagery and find out more about the science behind our approach.

This course is offered to those over the age of 18 with a cancer diagnosis and their close supporters, as one of the first steps in the journey with us.

You can attend a Living Well course at different venues across England. Click here to view our regional courses.

Courses are run over two full days, three shorter days or seven two hour sessions. Residential Living Well courses take place regularly at our National Centre in Bristol.
