Food to Lift the Spirits


Learn how food affects not only the physical body but also the mind and the spirit.  We will explain the importance of eating in a calm and pleasant environment, as well as encouraging a deeper connection with food.

Particular focus will be given to meals that all the family can enjoy - even those resistant to healthy eating. The focus of the day is on foods that provide a feel-good factor. A selection of delicious healing recipes will be demonstrated.
