Our Cancerpoint Programme offers the Whole Person Approach in a non residential format through individual appointments and group sessions. It provides an opportunity to find out what works for you and can be mixed and matched alongside our residential and single day courses.
Cancerpoint is open to anyone over the age of 18 with a cancer diagnosis and their close supporters.

Introduction to Living Well Course
This course introduces you to the ideas and principles behind our Whole Person Approach, and gives you some ideas of how you might be able to support your own health.

Client Support Co-ordinator - Introductory Session
This individual session introduces you to your Client Support Co-ordinator, who will help you get the most from the services available. We will help you think about what your individual needs might be and to start to make a plan for how you can support yourself.

We offer a range of one-to-one therapies. We usually offer either 6 or 12 one to one sessions depending on your needs and circumstances.

We offer a range of groups to help you bring relaxation, exercise, healthy eating and social support into your daily life.
This non residential version of our Living Well course runs from 10am - 4pm one day a week for three weeks.
This is a weekly clinic for anyone preparing for, receiving or recovering from chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

We offer a range of weekly groups to help you make our Whole Person Approach part of your daily life. Groups are a great way of getting to know other people with similar experiences and interests – you may want to book lunch before or after a group session and socialise with other participants. Groups are also a great way to increase your confidence and skills.
