Explore and learn simple relaxation exercises with this single day workshop available to anyone who has completed a Taste of the Bristol Approach or Living Well course.

Relaxation single day course
Thursday 9th August 10.00am to 4.30pm

Living with the impact of cancer is often a stressful experience both for those with a cancer diagnosis and also those supporting them.

During this course you will explore and experience relaxation and learn simple relaxation exercises that you can practice yourself.  The course will enable you to gain an understanding of how to use these techniques to manage symptoms and side effects of cancer as well as restoring and maintaining health. 

Residential accommodation is available on the Wednesday night if required.
