An Evening of Inspiration & Education
11 September 2012
‘Inside Out; An evening of inspiration and education to be the change you want to see’
To celebrate the launch of the ‘Inside Out’ programme, Holsam Life Coaching will be holding an evening of inspiration and education, along with the girls from ‘Inside Out’ on Thursday 27th September, at The Pavilion, Harbourside.
We are thrilled to be the benefitting charity for the event, with 50% of the ticket sales coming to Penny Brohn Cancer Care.
‘Inside Out’ combines the services of four experts, supporting women to look and feel good, inside and out. Sam Holman, who now lives in Bristol after 5 years in NZ, likes to see things holistically, and knows that no one is all mind or all body. She is a relationship coach, who uses some amazing tools to guide her clients to remove obstacles at an unconscious level, so that they may achieve their goals easily. She now works with a personal trainer, nutritional therapist/chef and image consultant in the 6 week programme, so that clients are supported throughout their journey.
Sam Holman says, “We all have the same goals for our clients, to support them in being all they can be, so it made sense to plan something that we felt would really make a difference: inside and out! There are too many people who live life waiting for things to get better, or ‘trying’ things that ‘don’t work’ and I’d like everyone to realise that life is amazing, because they are in it! As soon as they know that, it is even more amazing, for them and everyone around them. Limiting beliefs come out through repeat behaviour patterns and the language we use – continuing on the Olympic theme, I’d love to use this event as an opportunity to help inspire a generation and keep the positive theme going that I know people in the UK are capable of.”
Nutritional therapist/chef Iza Redon, Personal trainer, Emma Morris and Image consultant, Karen Lowe all have their own businesses and joined the programme, because they are all passionate about people realising and reaching their full potential. The girls make up a dynamic team for this unique and fresh programme for women, and they see this launch event as a great opportunity to give both men and women access to be inspired, educated and motivated into being the change they want to see.
The ‘Inside Out’ evening takes place on Thursday 27th September, at 6.30pm for a 7pm start, finishing at 9pm. There are stories, demos and presentations to inspire, as well as some tips, tools and techniques to take away and a free goody bag. On arrival you will get a free drink, and canapés are by La Cuizine. It’s also a great chance to meet new, like-minded people and share a smile.
