If you ever wanted to run the London Marathon then you have come to the right place. By joining our team, we will support you every step of the way while you train and raise money to help people deal with the impact of cancer.
About the Race
The London Marathon is the largest annual fundraising event on the planet – runners have raised over £450 million for good causes since the race began in 1981. In April 2011 more than 47,000 runners finished the London Marathon making it a hugely popular event.
When is it happening?
The Virgin London Marathon will take place on the 13th April 2014.
How much do I have to raise?
If you'd like to apply for one of our places in the race then we'd ask you to raise a minimum of £1,850 but the more you can raise the better.
How do I get a place in the London Marathon?
Places are very popular and we therefore ask you to register your interest. Once all the applications are in, you will hear if you have been successful in Autumn when we will allocate our places.
To register your interest online simply click here. Alternatively download our pdf application form and send it back to email@example.com.
Got your own place?
If you already have your own place we simply ask you to raise as much as you can. If you are interested in supporting us then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01275 370 075.

Virgin London Marathon Runner 2010
“Penny Brohn Cancer Care helped me recover from cancer and I ran the London Marathon in 2010 to raise as much money as possible to help others access the same treatment and service that I was lucky to receive. It is so important for their complimentary care services to reach as many people and their partners and families living with cancer as possible.”
